At Startup Dope Media, we build trusted distribution channels for modern software builders and engineering teams. We strive to provide complete transparency in our editorial review timelines and marketing fulfillment deliverables.

Depending on the category of service purchased (Directory Priority Submissions vs. Consultative Agency Packages), specific refund timelines and qualification criteria apply.

2. Priority Express Directory Submissions

Our Priority Express fee covers dedicated domain integrity verification, structured metadata classification, anti-spam validation, and guaranteed fast-track review.

• Pre-Review Window: If your product has not yet been processed by our editorial review queue, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment.
• Editorial Rejection: If a submitted tool is rejected by our editorial desk for failure to meet baseline security, functional prototype, or quality guidelines, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary re-review credit.
• Post-Publication: Due to immediate editorial queuing and SEO indexing, priority submission fees become non-refundable once an editorial teardown or directory record has been verified and published.

3. Consultative & Agency Services

Consultative packages and directory submission services are covered by our 100% submission guarantee or prorated cancellation prior to campaign execution.

For multi-directory distribution (e.g., SaaS Launch 60/100 Directories, Webflow Agency setups, or Google Ads audit programs):

• Cancellations requested prior to the commencement of directory submission runs or campaign setup will be refunded in full minus payment processing provider fees.
• Once a distribution campaign has commenced and live submission proof reports are generated, refunds are evaluated on a prorated basis corresponding to remaining unsubmitted platforms.

4. Processing Time & Dispute Resolution

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
