Under general supervision, provides EPR administration for Sabre and DXC/HPe. Review and modify when necessary, processes and procedures related to EPR administration. Complete a variety of customer support functions, including but not limited to, AgSS, Sabre CRS security and EPR final resolution desk.
Ideally, the candidate will have at least five years working experience on Sabre or similar CRS.
Strong working knowledge of EPRs, TJRs and LNIATAs and how they work together. In addition, the candidate should have highly proficient skills in TPF and CTPF programming development.
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
